Sweet potatoes are very versatile, you can use them in anyway you would a normal spud. So why not mash, roast, boil, chip, crisp, wedge to your hearts delight!

A really tasty way to serve them is roasted with other vegetables, such as peppers, courgettes and onions all drizzled in olive oil with crushed garlic and rosemary on top. Alternatively use them as a mash either on their own or with carrot or potato.
